We're not able to host weddings onsite at Bilpin Country Lodge.    However many couples choose to celebrate their wedding day nearby in the stunning Kurrajong/Bilpin/Berambing/Mt Tomah locality & stay with family & friends at Bilpin Country Lodge.

Only 1.5 hours drive from Sydney, couples can have their dream wedding - spectacular views, surrounded by nature, outstanding service providers and great food – without the city price tag. The Bilpin, Kurrajong and Mt Wilson areas are perfect for garden weddings, with their breathtaking scenery, and cold climate gardens boasting colourful seasonal changes.

Group wedding accommodation made easy:

With numerous wedding venues only a stone’s throw away, groups of family, friends, and the bridal party, often book out the lodge’s private family accommodation for the entire weekend.

Getting Ready:

With a mix of couples rooms and family suites at the lodge, up to 20 guests or bridal party members can stay close at hand, to help get you ready on the big day. Take advantage of our large dressing rooms for bride and bridesmaids, groom, and even Mum and Dad.

The last few days before your Blue Mountains wedding don’t have to be filled with stress. Let the lodge become your ‘home away from home’ during the whole wedding weekend, and give guests, and yourself the opportunity to relax and recharge while preparing the final touches for your wedding day. Put the huge spa to good use so you can regenerate before the big day. Or afterwards!

With access to all lodge facilities such as the large country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge rooms and a BBQ on the verandah, catering for and sharing meals with your loved ones from near and far will be easy. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor fireplace in the evenings and reconnect under the clear starry skies.

Bring the kids

Children have the space to roam and see our farm animals, climb and swing in the playground, or shoot some hoops with the basketball ring. Tweens and teens will be relieved to know that there is free Wi-fi for guests at the lodge, and a games room to escape to and hang out.

Bilpin Country Lodge is perfectly located within a 10 – 15 minute drive of a host of wedding ceremony and reception venues. From Mt Wilson down to Kurrajong, venues and private residences will beautiful cold-climate gardens are dotted along Bell’s Line of Road.

So no matter how long the guest list, or the size of your budget, you will find the perfect venue for your garden wedding in the Blue Mountains - not far from us.

Choosing your wedding ceremony location:

As every couple and every wedding is unique, we recommend that you take the time to make a short list of gardens and wedding locations in the Blue Mountains that interest you, and visit them during the season that you intend to celebrate your wedding.

The weather in Bilpin and the Blue Mountains varies greatly from day to day, and from season to season. It is best to have an idea of what your potential wedding venue will look like in autumn, winter, spring or summer.

The Mt Wilson Autumn Festival has a collection of open gardens as well as fascinating talks and the Mt Tomah TomahROMA Fair in May provides visitors with colour, music and entertainment – an easy way to fill your wedding venue research weekend with colour and fun.
